I have read several posts asking about Color Wash. They are from Ranger and Tim Holtz - Adirondack Color Wash. They come in the same color palette as the alcohol inks. I have several tutorials on my blog on how to use Color Wash in different ways with fabric and on paper. I have one on my Art Techniques blog coloring muslin:

Dyeing paper towels - Use plain, white Viva paper towels, they are the best!

I am throwing in the paper one since it is for color wash as well. You can use thinner paper and sew on it!
