I started traditional quilting as a teenager, mostly tying two pieces of fabric together. I'm really not sure how we ever managed to make quilts without a rotary cutter, self-healing mat and fun rulers! They are some of my favorite tools. I own 4 sewing machines and one serger and love them all too much to give any of them up even though I mostly use just one of them. Something only another sewer/quilter can understand. ;) A few years ago I ventured into art quilts and am having the time of my life as I create and learn and grow.
