Photo Transfer Tips
- Be sure to use your own or copyright-free photos or other images in your artwork, or get permission from the owner.
- Old, faded photos can be given more contrast by using your photo-imaging software.
- If you want make color photos look more vintage, turn them to black-and-white with your computer's software. You can make them look more yellowed by using the "sepia" setting.
- Before printing on fabric, test out your digitally manipulated photo for color and size by printing it on paper. Be aware it will look sharper on paper than on fabric.
- For a softer, diffused look, print your photos on ExtravOrganza, peel off the backing, then layer over colored or printed fabric.
